1. What we do

AutoShop Media is a recruiting agency. We find technicians and service advisors for independent auto repair shops in the US. Our service is free for job seekers; the shops we recruit for are our clients.

We don't guarantee that an applicant will be offered a job, or that a shop will hire a candidate. Each shop makes its own hiring decisions.

2. Your information

When you send a form, apply for a job or book a call, you agree that the details you give are true and that the mobile number is yours or you may use it. We handle your information as our Privacy policy describes.

3. Calls and emails

When you send us your details, you agree that our recruiters may call you and email you about your application, or, if you're a shop owner, about candidates for your shop. Calls may be recorded, and we tell you at the start of the call. You can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Text messages

We text you only if you agreed to it, for example by ticking the optional text message box on one of our forms. The program is called AutoShop Media recruiting texts.

• Job applicants get texts about their own application: a link to book a call with a recruiter, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and replies from their recruiter. Shop owners get texts about candidates for their shop: a new interview booked, reminders and a follow-up.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop them. You'll get one text confirming it, then no more. Reply START to get texts again.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (760) 990-1692 or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of applying, being hired, buying anything or working with us.

5. Using this website

Please don't misuse the website or its forms: no false details, no sending forms for someone else without their permission, and no attempts to break or overload it. The text, logos and design on this website belong to Auto Shop Media Inc. Please don't copy them without our written permission.

Links to other websites, such as job sites, are there to help you. We don't run those websites and aren't responsible for them.

6. Limits of our responsibility

The website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Auto Shop Media Inc. isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using this website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them or about this website will be handled by the courts of California.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we text you, we'll tell you by text, and you can reply STOP at any time.
